Refund Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

1. General policy

Because SSL certificates and related validation services are time-sensitive and may involve third-party Certificate Authority processing, refunds are limited and depend on order status.

2. Before certificate order submission

If you request cancellation before SSLVision submits the certificate order to the supplier or Certificate Authority, we may issue a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees or work already performed.

3. After certificate order submission

Once an SSL certificate order has been submitted, refund eligibility may be limited by the supplier, Certificate Authority, validation status, and product rules. We cannot guarantee a refund after submission.

4. Issued certificates

Once a certificate is issued, refunds are generally not available unless a third-party supplier or Certificate Authority allows cancellation and refund for that specific product and status.

5. Installation and service fees

Installation, CSR assistance, validation assistance, emergency service, and other professional service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

6. Customer-caused delays or failed validation

Refunds are not guaranteed when issuance is delayed or blocked because the customer cannot complete domain validation, does not control the domain, provides inaccurate information, fails to respond, lacks DNS or hosting access, or submits invalid CSR or organization information.

7. Duplicate or mistaken orders

If you believe an order was duplicated or placed by mistake, contact us immediately at support@sslvision.net. We will review the order status and available options.

8. How to request a refund

Send refund requests to support@sslvision.net with your order email, domain name, order date, and reason for the request.

9. Processing timeline

Approved refunds are normally submitted back to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund.
